Say Something

We believe that whoever you are, whatever you do, and whomever you come into contact with – everyone can Say Something to help prevent interpersonal violence.

Say Something is an initiative designed for maximum community engagement. With an 8-hour Prevention LAB training, interactive social media campaigns, and an extensive Field Guide workbook, there are many ways to join our efforts to prevent domestic, sexual, and interpersonal violence.

Say Something Prevention LAB

The Prevention LAB is a social experiment in creating safe community. This 8-hour interactive training offers opportunities for participants to gain knowledge and practice skills that are effective to prevent and interrupt violence. The Prevention LAB supports community members to learn, act, and become empowered advocates against violence in their communities.

We envision a community:

  • where all are safe
  • where neighbors step up to protect one another
  • where people who want to end violence know what to do and how to do it
  • where survivors are honored and those who perpetrate are held accountable
