Upcoming Events
Bela Vegetarian Restaurant
Bela’s policy for their delicious menu: no substitutions. But they’ll make an exception for a $5 donation to their nonprofit-of-the-month. Safe Passage is featured a few times per year!
Previous Events
Sisters On the Runway
This incredible group of UMass students works tirelessly to increase dating violence awareness on campus. And every spring, SOTR produces a fantastic fashion show to support Safe Passage.
Mestek
Each month, a Mestek employee nominates a nonprofit to receive donations made by employees on “Dress Down Fridays.” We’re grateful to Chris, who nominates Safe Passage every year.
International Women’s Day
On 3/8/17, several local businesses gave a portion of their proceeds to Safe Passage in honor of the survivors we serve. Thanks to Pure Barre, Share, Lady Killigrew, and Paul & Elizabeth’s for their generous support!
Donations to Our Shelter
We are grateful for your offers of clothing, household items, toiletries, and other items needed by families living in our shelter.
Because our storage space is so limited, we’re unable to accept these items unless they are needed right away. We welcome (and appreciate!) your offers of these items - but please know that we are often unable to accept these kinds of donations.
Our shelter serves 6 adults and their children. Guests generally stay in our shelter for several months at a time. Some guests arrive with very few belongings. And many can use help in furnishing their new homes after they leave the shelter.
If you are interested in making a donation, please give our Development Office a call at (413) 586-1125 x22. Thanks!
